Yea, the benefits of owning a pet became very clear to me once I started caring for a dog. "Intelligent" in so many ways, and aware of the world in ways I can not fully comprehend. Like their incredible sense of smell. I imagine their brains are wired to interpret smells in very different way than people do. Amazing world! ;) Thanks Vikki!
